Inspection Shelf Life:
- Inspections Performed Utilizing A Dyno Expire After 12-months
- Inspections Performed Without Utilizing A Dyno Expire After 6-months
- All Inspections Expire Once a Truck is Placed in Service
- Expired Inspections May NOT Be Used to Qualify for a Service Contract
Drive-In Inspections:
- Cost of the Dyno included in all drive-in inspection pricing
- Dealer arranges drive-in inspections directly with the National Truck Protection Drive-in Inspection Network location nearest to their location
- Dealers on open account with National Truck Protection will be invoiced for the inspection

Dealer Responsibilities:

- Complete a National Truck Protection "Inspection Request Form"
- Fax the Completed Form to NTP @ 201-842-6408 for Review [if not completed on-line]
- If the Dyno is not on your premises, arrange for transportation of the trucks to the Dyno location prior to the inspector's arrival
- Dealer pays for the dyno test charge separately

National Truck Protection's Responsibilities:
|
- Make the Dyno appointment
- Coordinate the date/time for the dealer to have the trucks at the Dyno
- Inspect the trucks as requested on the "Inspection Request Form"
- Report the qualification status of each inspected truck within 48 hours of receipt of the inspection form
